Mentoring Program

We’ve developed an extensive mentoring program for new clinical staff members to get them better acquainted as they begin their career at Marathon.  The mentoring program is customized to individual learning style at a comfortable pace.

CPR Training

We provide our clinical staff with appropriate certification training including CPR/AED for Adult, Infant and Child, Professional Rescuer, and First Aid Training using our in-house facilities.  Our instructors offer a flexible and convenient schedule at no cost to our staff.

Continuing Education Reimbursement & Membership Dues

We provide a generous annual reimbursement for ongoing continuing education credits and reimbursement for professional membership dues.
